Which laboratories do you use for testing?
We partner exclusively with NATA-accredited laboratories — the same accreditation standard used by hospitals and medical centres across Australia. NATA accreditation ensures every result meets rigorous quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
How is my health data protected?

Do I need a GP referral to order a test?
No referral is required. You order directly online, collect at any partner collection centre with your order confirmation, and receive your clinician-reviewed results on your dashboard — no GP visit needed.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Most results are available within 2–5 business days from sample collection. You will receive a notification when your results are ready and have been reviewed by a clinician.
Can I share my results with my GP?
Yes. You can download a full PDF report from your dashboard and share it with your GP or any other health professional at any time. You remain in full control of your data.
